Nutrition autumn

With the advent of autumn, our body, according to the precept of Mother Nature, trying to build up fat reserves.How should you eat during this time of year, not to find yourself overweight?  

1. Almost all of us feel increased appetite during the fallWhat is the reason? Usually during the cold season, we really eat a high calorie and nutritious foods. In this way, our body prepares for the winter. Although we are not like bears, which must accumulate fat for hibernation, climate and seasons affect our energy needs as well. If it `s cold and we dressed lightly or that we are in a poorly heated, we are happy to eat high calorie foods to compensate for the missing energy. 

 2. Can I avoid somehow extra calories?

Should I keep a strict diet? energy metabolism is strictly individual. Some people can eat a lot and burn all the extra calories, while others should limit the intake of calories to maintain a constant weight or achieve. These are people who have repeatedly followed hard dieting, therefore severely limiting their body needs for energy, because their metabolic process tends to store more energy than it consumes.3. Can I lose weight in the fall?You should do this very carefully. In fact, every organization has a tendency to constant weight, which may vary in different periods of life. Some people who have long been overweight, have great difficulty in reducing it. That `s why it is important not to lose weight too quickly, and keep your weight over a longer period of time. For example, if within three months, you lose, say, 12 pounds, weight should be maintained at the same level in six months. Some simple calculations can help you multiply the weight loss period two. This is the period during which your body adapts to weight loss.  

4. How can I prevent my increased appetite and limit high-calorie foods?If you are hungry and it `s cold, you should dress warmly and take a hot bath. Be more active and eat more. But it should be low calorie diet. It's also good to drink skim milk warm. All that you will feel warm and satisfy your hunger.  

5. My desire to eat more fat is still thereThis means that your body needs. In this case it is better to focus on meals containing fish or fatty foods with vegetable fats. These types of fats are more useful for metabolism, as animal fats.  

6. What if I think the food calorie "does not warm me?"

Each who is overweight should be happy, if sometimes feels cold. This is proof that your body loses calories and it `s fueled by its own means. But if you really feel cold, you can get out of the situation, thinking about soups. Despite the general perception that the soups are to make you grow faster than other foods, they are not. Soups are also useful for those who lose weight, but only if you do not add the cream and brown with thickening of the flour. It is known that salt prevents weight loss, because it retains water in the body. So, try to add more herbs and spices in your soup, to avoid adding salt. 

 7. Other foods are "safe" for those trying to get fit or lose weight in the fall?

Potatoes are high in potassium and vitamin C. Potatoes, boiled without removing their coats, plus a small amount of fat-free yogurt garnished with dill is a delicious and nutritious low calorie. Do not forget the sauerkraut. It also contains vitamin C and is very low in calories.One important thing: during the fall, you should eat that hot. If you want to avoid gaining weight, forget the snacks! If you want something to eat, you can eat a raw carrot, apple and fruit. But nothing more! You should remember that the diet should be an example of good nutrition. It should include all important products in sufficient quantity.  

8. Fall is a sad season. How abstain from sweets?The rain is pouring outside knocking on your windows, and you sit in front of the TV and try to improve your mood eating candy. But in the spring, you begin to ask - why my summer clothes are so tight? The fact is that during the fall serotonin levels in our body falls and we begin to eat foods containing sugar, which increases serotonin levels. The foods of the autumn season

When it comes to healthy eating and a balanced diet means not only eating healthy foods, low in fat and calories with the right, but it also means choosing foods that are fresh, especially in season.
If it is true that nowadays we can also find the strawberries in December, it is also true that they will not have the same nutritional value and above will not be as healthy as those who eat in the spring.So if we really want to eat a healthy diet then you should inform us about what are the foods that we consume every season.
Thus we see for the coming autumn which foods can imbandire our boards.

In a sense, we are going to list the foods that reflect, as in color, the coming season.For the fruits of the season are undoubtedly oranges, apples, persimmons, grapes, walnuts and chestnuts.Beyond the fact that "an apple a day keeps the doctor away," apples are low in calories, an antioxidant and is useful to eliminate toxins.

Needless to celebrate the quality of oranges that we all know is one of the main fruits should be consumed.
The grape is often not recommended in diets because it contains a lot of calories but it has excellent nutritional properties.

Walnuts are rich in omega-3s, are antioxidants and help digestion, while the chestnuts are good for the gut.Finally, among the fruits of the season are the Kaki which are ideal for those who do sport because it gives a lot of energy to our body.
Deprived of the fruits of seasonal foods there are spinach, potatoes, pumpkin and mushrooms.Although the pumpkin is not exactly appreciated by all, is excellent in many respects as any component helps our body.

Potatoes are often avoided in diets as "carbohydrates" but this is very wrong with what has been said and repeated that the latter should not be eliminated, but limited.Spinach is good as a laxative and is good for the heart to the muscles.Finally mushrooms contain elements important for bones and fortunately are fat-free.
